Al-Moaten  company  established at 2004 as an Iraqi  limited Sharing Company for Drug Importing, Distribution  , General Agencies and investment.
The formation of  Al-Moaten company  is a new idea to the local iraqi drug and medicine markets ,so it was registered as a new idea under the idea's license ( 21/97 ).

The main reason for creating  Al-Moaten company   is to establish a company with a vision for fulfilling the needs of the local Iraqi markets with a state of art of technology in the medical equipments, and to contribute to the "Available-In-Hand" philosophy of all drugs and medicine that may be needed for the local Iraqi Drug and medicine markets.

    The  local Iraqi Drug and Medicine markets was under the pressure of UN embargo for long years (since 1990)  augmented  by bad local policy of the x-ruling government  . There is no dedicated   local Company(s) taking the initiative and be enthusiastic for tracking the latest   in the world of the drug and medicine which is very developing and considered to be a highly dynamic world , and to introduce these to the local Iraqi markets and that what our company planning to do.
 Al-Moaten company , is registered in the supreme board of drugs on the 7th of mar. 2004 (21/97) as an Importing and distributing company for drugs and medical appliances.

Al-Moaten company, is also registered in the Iraqi Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the  (          ) with an Excellent sort of membership.
